SCALE OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENT COMPENSATION 2014

Under paragraph of Annex of the revised Law on Civil Liability and Insurance in the Circulation of Motor Vehicles, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2004 of 29 October first, the Direccion General de Seguros agrees to publicize through this resolution to the compensation in force during 2014, in case of death, permanent injuries and temporary disabilities that result from applying the system for the assessment of the damages caused to the people in accidents movement, reflected in the revised text of the Law on Civil Liability and Insurance in the Circulation of Motor Vehicles, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2004 of 29 October, joining the amounts annexed.
